At Champions the customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. We work very hard at providing the best learning experience possible so this section is dedicated to answering any questions you may have. Please select a category that your question might be in.

Resetting your password

How To:

To Reset your password, click the Forgot Password? link at the top of any of the pages on the website. Once on the Forgot Password page, enter your email address into the blank and click the Submit button. Your new password will be emailed to you right away. If your email does not arrive right away then call our online campus at 1-800-969-2599 and we can reset your password over the phone.

HINT: Many service providers like AOL do not allow autogenerated password emails. They will be blocked and never arrive. If you do not recieve the password reset email, call our online campus and we can reset the password over the phone.

Choosing a good password

Tips/Tricks

Protecting your passwords is always a good idea. When choosing a good password, be sure to make it first something you can remember and second something that is not so obvious that someone could guess it easily. Also always try to use a symbol and a number in all of your passwords. For example, if your password is password, you should add an dollar sign and a zero instead of a s or an o. Pa$$w0rd.
