How do I receive my course completion certificate?
At the end of the course, you are able to print your certificate to keep for your records.

Appraisal
The Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board adopted rules and procedures to facilitate online renewals through TexasOnline. As part of the process, a verification of claimed appraiser continuing education (ACE) is required. Unless selected for ACE verification, however, it will not be necessary to provide course completion certificates with the renewal submissions.

A sampling of licensees who are renewing will be selected to provide "copies of all transcripts or course certificates or continuing education forms issued by educational providers" for ACE claimed and listed. Other information also may be required if "determined to be appropriate by the board."

Real Estate
Once the final exam is passed, please print a copy of your appraisal course completion certificate and the TREC Mandatory Continuing Education form. To receive real estate credit for the course, you must fax the completed Mandatory Continuing Education form to Champions School of Real Estate at fax: 1-800-979-1399.
