As one of the mandatory pre-licensing courses, this foundational course will enable the agent to better understand the contracts and addenda. It will take a hands-on approach to filling in the blanks with the correct information through individual case studies using example TREC and TAR forms. This course enables the student to have self-confidence when working with buyers and sellers by understanding correct contract procedures.
