ABOUT THIS TEXAS REAL ESTATE MCE COURSE:
Upon completion of this Texas real estate MCE course, the student will be able to recognize and apply the Canons of Ethics, name the five canons, explain the complexity of agency relationships, illustrate what constitutes proper identification in advertising, apply fair housing laws and demonstrate knowledge of how to respond to the presentation of multiple offers. This course counts for 3 hours of legal credit towards Texas Real Estate License MCE renewal as well as the ethics requirement towards an NAR membership renewal.
