Welcome to the Champions School of Real Estate Online State Exam Prep Courses.

When you register and sign-up to take a Prep Course you will be able to choose from either The State Exam Prep Course or the Loan Officer/Mortgage Broker Prep Course . The purpose of both of these courses is to prepare you for each State Exam with terminology, multiple-choice questions and a mock test structured just like the state exam. You will also find Math questions on these state exams and within our online prep materials. If you find the Math portions difficult, we also have Math courses and textbooks available to you for purchase. Each state exam consists of National and State sections. If you are taking the Real Estate Exam you are required to pass both sections with a 70% or higher in order to receive your Texas Real Estate License. If you are taking the Loan Officer/Mortgage Broker Exam you are required to pass the exam with a score of 70% or higher in order to receive your Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker's License.

Since the Real Estate exam is divided into two sections, National and State, it is possible for you to pass one section and not the other. If you do not pass both sections, then you are only required to retake the section that you did not pass. You may test as many times as necessary to pass for six months from the date on your authorization letter. After this time, you will be required to submit a new application to TREC.

The online Prep courses are designed so that you can study and practice the sample test questions as many times as needed for one year from the date of purchase. This enables you to "test" several times prior to sitting for the state exam.

If you should not pass the State Exam, you can return to the on-line materials for additional practice before retaking the exam.
